Life has been crazy and no I haven't slowed down since high school. I have a degree in Exercise Sport Science from the UofU. I am a licensed massage therapist, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer. I currently work out of a small personal training center in Holladay (SLC). I am a single mom of the cutest little 3 year old in the world and love racing triathlons, trail runs, and bicycles in general. My friends call me the definition of ADHD if that gives you any idea.
